Work as a team to keep each other on, or to haul each other back out of the water, Test your balance and strength, and try not to get wet! (Although that’s all part of the fun to be honest)

Additional information

No changing rooms and showers. Any person participating under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating adult (over 18years old) If possible, please book prior to arrival. If you have not pre-booked, please ring us on the day to check availability.

Participants must arrive 30 minutes before their booked session.. Unfortunately you are not able to take part if you have any recent injuries. All participants are required to be able to swim confidently
